Stress & Anxiety – L-Theanine and Lemon Balm

For about the past year I have been suffering from occasional anxiety attacks. I am not sure what started them or why I get them but when they happen it’s horrible and so I have been looking in to ways to alleviate them.

Although I know nothing can 100% promise to help I have tried rescue sprays in the past which have helped sometimes, plus it is always nice to know you have something on hand should you need it.

Due to my love of family run Viridian Nutrition I turned to them to see if they had a product that could help with anxiety and/or stress. Of course they did! They recommended their L-Theanine and Lemon Balm, which they advised I should take twice daily for a month to aid my occasional attacks.

It is well publicised that L-Theanine and Lemon Balm are great for dealing with stress and anxiety, so with just these ingredients alone I had high hopes for the product.

I have now been taking these for a few weeks and although I knew they wouldn’t be an overnight miracle cure they have certainly seemed to lessen the intensity and frequency of the attacks.

These tablets retail at £14.95 for 30 (here) which I think it fairly reasonably considering the benefits.
