The Perfect Girl’s Weekend

There’s never a better time to treat yourself than right now, and why not enjoy that little bit of “me time” with your closest friends? From spa days to brunch with a view, I take a look at some of the best ways to celebrate a girl’s weekend.

Brunch with a view

Bottomless brunches are my idea of fun, and they’re also the perfect place to gather your friends to enjoy endless food and drink! What could improve an already idyllic experience? Picking a restaurant or space with a view. From Gaucho Tower Bridge, to destination locations such as The Shard – picking a table with a view will only enhance your experience and make it feel that much more luxurious.

Visit a spa

My go-to when I need that little bit of pampering and some relaxation, and nothing is more deluxe either! Book yourself a voucher to experience one of London’s premium spas with Groupon: https://www.groupon.co.uk/vouchers/london/spa and enjoy luxury for less. With so many different options too you’ll be spoilt for choice, so whether you and the girls want a back massage or something a little more interactive like Mud Rasul Therapy – there’s something for you!

Afternoon Tea

What could be better than a meal between lunch and dinner – especially when it involves miniature cakes, sandwiches and scones. Look out for the various themed options that many large hotels offer for more of a twist to the event, or splash out and accompany your tea with a glass of champagne for a true “ladies that lunch” feel.

Outlet Shopping

Shopping at full price is fun and everything, but nothing gives me more of a thrill than a bargain! Which is why outlet shopping is the perfect destination for you and the girls. Not only can you find some unique pieces, and great discounts, but you can buy more for less too – which is always a plus in my book. Whether its designer dresses, make-up products or sportwear you’re looking for, there are outlet shopping centres across the UK that are the ideal place to spend a day.

What are you favourite ways to celebrate a girl’s weekend?
