Shills Peel-off Black Mask

This is the infamous face mask that everyone is talking about. From YouTube tutorials to blog reviews this mask is everywhere – so I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it and give it a try!

I would start by saying I have heard horror stories of this mask causing pain on removal and sensitivity afterwards.

Many people that have suffered due to this mask have not bought the official product, instead they have bought a “fake which hasn’t been tried and tested like the Shills version.

Just Beauty is the only official U.K. stockist of the original Black Mask, and retailing at just £8.99 I think it’s reasonably priced too.

It’s simple to use and apply, although the mask is fairly sticky so application can make your fingers a little bit messy. I have tried using a clean foundation brush to apply the product instead and found that this works much better at getting a cleaner, more even application.

Using the mask is simple; you apply the solution and leave it on your face for 30 minutes.

After this time the mask will be dry and you’ll be able to pull it off your face. This usually comes off in almost one piece and you will then be able to see all of the blackheads and any other dirt from your pores that has been pulled out.

After the mask I tone my face and apply some moisturiser to avoid any dryness that might occur.

I typically use this mask twice a week and have suffered no side-effects so far. My skin feels smoother, softer and is a whole lot cleaner. My blackheads are hugely reduced and I do believe that continuing to use this product will enable me to reduce them even further

Ooh good tip on the make up brush. It gets everywhere, and I feel like I’m wasting A LOT of product because most of it ends up on my fingers which won’t transfer to my face.
