Life Update

Hello!

So, it’s Thursday and almost the weekend – thankfully. I always feels like I am wishing my life away waiting for the weekend to come.

After coming out of a relationship and realising I got a little too comfortable with food I have decided to embark on a bit of a health kick. I have got my vitamins on order, have today started the Exante diet for a week and will also be giving GymCube a go to see if I can motivate myself to start doing some exercise.

Going up a dress size has really had an effect on me and I am not happy at all with my figure because of it. I need to lose a bit of weight and tone up – though I realise I will never be a Victoria’s Secrets model!

I am also moving back home at the end of the year, as much as I don’t want to. I can’t afford to live alone any further and hopefully once I get back home I can start saving for a deposit.

If you have ever been in the same situation I am sure you will appreciate it’s a hard decision to make. After being able to run your own home and have all the freedom in the world for 2 years it is hard to then go back to being under somebody elses roof and rules.

But I am trying to spin it in a positive light! I will have more money as I won’t have so many bills to pay and if I can really start saving properly I will hopefully be in my first real home soon enough.

A little more personal than most of my posts but I felt it was the right time to start sharing a little more and showing there is a real person behind the blog!

It’s scary doing something new and I guess self improving but I find always preparing for something new just before the New Year is exciting, in a few months you will be able to look back at this and seen how much you’ve grown, improved and how much has changed, New scenarios bring new opportunities! 🙂 Good luck with it lovely! x

Change is good! You might find this is exactly what you need at this point in your life. Living at home can be wonderful. I lived at home for many years before moving out. I think my mom and I really became super close because of those adult years we spent together under the same roof. X Jane

I am feeling the same in regards to needing a health kick! Dark evenings… Cold weather… All condusive for eating way too much! Better to be thinking of it this side of Christmas before January blues 🙂 xx

I’m about to have a trial run of the Exante Diet too but hadn’t heard of GymCube before – I’m getting myself in on some of that action, what a brilliant idea!

As for moving back home, you know I feel your pain but it’ll be worth it in the end xx
