ghd have long been the crème de la crème of the haircare world. With hair straighteners that feature in most bedrooms and salons across the country it was only a matter of time before they added another brilliant product to their range.
Enter the ghd Air, the latest addition to ghd’s offerings. Yes, it is a hairdryer but one with a difference. The Air promises to dry your hair in half the time it usually takes regular consumer hairdryers. Anything that speeds up my morning routine is a good investment for me and so I looked forward to testing it out.
It is as powerful as its professional counterparts and contains ionic technology that aids in reducing frizz and flyaways – something I suffer from whatever the weather! It also has a 3m long power cable which I think is one of the best things about it. I get so tired of purchasing a hairdryer to find it is too short to use where I want to.
Of course with anything like this you do sometimes doubt the promises that the brand makes. However because I have been so happy with my hair straighteners from ghd I did feel that I could trust them. It was a good job too as this hair dryer is brilliant and I don’t know what I did before it!
My morning routine is now pretty much cut in half, give or take a few minutes, and my hair looks that little bit better for not being so frizzy. The hairdryer is fairly lightweight and easy to use, the buttons are all in sensible places too which sounds a little silly but I hate when the buttons are exactly where you hand sits and you keep accidently turning it off!
Overall I am really impressed with this little piece of equipment, available for purchase here for just £79 for a limited time only – with free delivery too!
